Shipping Rates

We ship by Canada Post. In Canada, you can expect to see your parcel within 7 to 10 business days on all items that are in stock. If all of your Items are not in stock, we will order them in for you and send all of your goods in one shipment. We will not charge yourcredit card until the day the goods are shipped.

Return Policy

We accept returns for refund up to 30 days and for credit up to 90 days of the invoice date. After 90 days, Ram Wools Yarn Co-op will not accept returns, so please check your parcel carefully when you receive it.
We will only refund the shipping cost or the return shipping cost on orders that are sent in error and only if they are returned by surface mail. Returns from courier companies will not be refunded. US customers must mark the outside of their parcel with "Canadian Goods Being Returned".  Returns from US courier companies will not be refunded and any duties charged to Ram Wools will be charged to your account, so please, ship returns by mail only .  Otherwise, all shipping costs are your responsibility. Our shipping rates are based on the actual cost and do not include a handling fee.
